On Monday, Miami's Planning Department announced a schedule of upcoming meetings related to the city's Miami 21 plan, which aims to define and control how Miami grows as a city in the future. Two meetings will take place Wednesday. The Planning Advisory Board will hold a workshop at 3 p.m. on Zoning in Progress, under which development approvals in other parts of the city might be placed on hold while a new zoning code takes effect in the city's eastern
